Persistency Manager

Job Purpose
To meet persistency targets through collaboration with all key stakeholders to achieve business profitability and improve customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve persistency levels.
Track, analyse data and metrics to identify trends, patterns and areas/action planning for improvement with collaboration from distribution channels, life operations, channel marketing.
Collaborate with channel marketing and life operations to foster strong relationship with policyholders by structured communication, improve contactibility and subsequently improve collection.
Monitor all initiatives taken and campaign launches with measures.
Identify process gaps and plug process gaps to enhance efficiency and effectiveness eg billing, payment options.
Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are observed
Requirements:
Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Economics, Mathematics or any related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance industry in business support or reporting role
Possesses strong analytical skills with attention to details
Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders
Strong business acumen and able to manage and interpret data effectively
